Meet Mr. Flaus

Hello! I’m absolutely thrilled to meet you and help you ignite your passion for music! Growing up, string instruments were my world, and I had the incredible opportunity to play with amazing groups like the Pittsburgh Symphony and the Duquesne University Symphony Orchestra, as well as in the vibrant theater scene of Pittsburgh! Currently, I perform with the Washington Metropolitan Gamer Symphony Orchestra. My love for music spans across genres, from rock and pop to jazz and folk With a Bachelor's in Music Education and a Master's in Cello Performance, I believe in nurturing a "whole" musician—focusing on technique, expression, posture, and music theory. I can’t wait to embark on this musical journey together!
