We're Michelle and Zachary Flaus — a husband-and-wife teaching team in McCandless, PA. Between us we hold a master's in cello performance, a bachelor's in music education, and eight years of teaching band, orchestra, and general music in public schools. We teach one student at a time, in our home studio, and we build lessons around what each student actually wants to play.
Whether your child is starting 4th grade strings, preparing for a district audition, or you're an adult picking up an instrument you set down years ago — we'd like to meet you. Every student starts with a 30-minute consultation lesson for $20, so you can see whether we're the right fit before committing to anything.
